I’ve had the pleasure of seeing this guy several times since I used to work at the Target in this town….unfortunatley, he is famous and loves the attention. I have seen this man at numerous places while shopping in the Mason-Dixon area of South Central PA. The first time I was shopping with my husband and kids in Kohls, and almost peed my pants because I was laughing so hard at the way other people were looking at him. Even my elementary kid was cracking up and begging me to take pictures with the phone. The only thing I can say is “THANK GOD HE WEARS THAT FANNY PACK IN THE FRONT”.

I used to work at the K-Mart in Shippensburg while I was in college. This guy would come into the store frequently and gross everyone out. Now that Wal-Mart is open, my husband and I see him when we’re out getting groceries. He has been dressing like this for YEARS, even when it is cold outside. No joke!
He must know how horrible he looks. I think he likes the attention. There is ALWAYS someone laughing hysterically near him, or laughing silently and pointing.

So after I clicked, (call it a sick fascination that I had to fulfill!!!) I found that RICO had another pic of this same guy. At Gettysburg no less!!! So while reading the comments on his page, I found another link! After reading the comments there, I found another link, then another, then another. I have seen this man on the internet no less than 5 times all in different places with this same out fit!!!! WTFWTFWTFWTF? I mean, WTF? How could this man be allowed to walk around like this? Please let’s put an end to this madness!!! And to think, look where he lives, couldn’t the Beltway Snipers have helped us all out?

Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virgina are all together…it’s not like he travels THAT far to get to these Walmarts…he probably lives in a central location to these three states…
