And F.Y.I. if you are trying to make a poncho, you use a garbage bag and CUT OUT A HEAD HOLE!!!!! Seriously what good is having a dry head going to do when your entire body is soaked?

Suffocation with a plastic bag is a serious issue. Our 13 year old son died while playing a version of the choking game with a plastic bag over his head. It is not a good idea for kids/toddlers to be given the impression that a plastic bag is perfectly safe to put over your head. They need to know that it can be DEADLY!
