That’s in FLORIDA! I mean, c’mon! Isn’t there an unwritten law that anyone over the age of 40 has permission to wear the tackiest outfits possible, and anyone over the age of 50 has permission to not give a damn about anything???

Wal Mart sold this fabric in their fabric departemnt a few years back. I bought some for a craft project, knowing I couldn’t quite pull off an outfit like this.
