Rachel,
You cannot sue someone for taking a picture of you in a public place. Degradation? Seriously? These people chose to go in public looking like this. We shouldn’t make fun of people who are in terrible situations that are out of their control. However, all the “clothing” worn by people on this site cost as much as any decent clothing that not only fits, but covers up vital parts.
