I know this guy, his hats were so cool when i was little. He has a hat for each holiday and adds to them each year. They also blink and spin and all sorts of crap. He does it becuse he enjoys the stares and attention. Plus the kids get a huge kick outta it like I did. Its a shame you didnt get his car, its also decked out in awsome stuff.
I think people should know hes not creepy, hes just a generally friendly guy who certainly cheered me up when i was little.

Hey! This guy comes into my store (Rochester, NY). He’s a real sweet guy and his truck is decked out as much as he is. He dresses for every holiday and season and often has hats that light up or twirl. You should just see people’s faces light up when they see him walk by. He’s enjoys chatting with people and displays his many hats.
