That guy was crazy 25 years ago and damn he still looks the same. he cracked up years ago but apparently once was extremely intelligent. surprised he is still kickin, he lived right down the street from Forest Hills Senior High in Sidman, PA.

Thats the most hilarious guy you will ever talk to! Every day in the summer he’s at The Ranger wearing 1970′s style basketball shorts and either a tornup shirt or no shirt at all. Just talk to him and I can guarantee that he will mention China or Communism at one point or another!

He is actually a very VERY intelligent man, too intelligent for his own good that it drove him bananas. If you sit down and talk to him he makes no sense but you can tell its all a well thought out schizo idea ha. I live in the town over from him and see him even in my local gas station in South Fork

RIP to the Unicorn man.
He was funny. He stopped me in Giant Eagle in Richland one day and was just talking away. He told me that my son was adorable though. He was definitely something else though. Pest in Peace.
BTW someone should get a pic of Johnstown’s bag lady up at Walmart.
