That’s actually relatively clever. If there’s only one person to push the cart, they’d have a hard time pushing the stroller too. It looks secure and all, and the kid isn’t buried under merchandise.
Yeah, it’s kinda trashy…but MACGUYVER trashy.

Shopping carts have four wheels… so they could count as a stroller? She’s just too fond of extra layers.
