Looks like Marmaduke isn’t much of a watch dog! But I guess I’d be tired too if I had someone riding me around the store.

You probably won’t see this so late, but it is called a service animal. They are individually trained to help those with many forms of disabilities.
They are not required to be vested/ID’d. Due to America’s past inhumane treatment of non-Caucasians, and memories of Hitler’s “marking” of people he considered “less than”, the US Department of Justice makes it illegal to require identification of service animals, hence someone with a disability.

…on the other hand, that IS an odd place for a service animal to be sacked out cold like that…
What makes people think it’s o.k. to take their sh!t machines into the gawddamned store with them?

Not bad looking, no huge gut hanging out….but she has to go get a tattoo….I guess she just felt the need to fit in with the other low lifes.

Oh, I don’t know about the ‘Service Animal’ angle. Just might be a guard dog or some other kind of ankle chewer. I mean, just how long would YOU wait in line behind some broad having her picture taken – at Wal-Mart, no less!?! Maybe they know something we don’t…like he’s resting after taking down the security guard. The people behind her have probably already checked out, but they’re waiting for her to get her freakin’ dog out of there before they leave the store. I’m sure I would have been rethinking self check-out about then!

I’m highly dubious of this dog’s service animal status. Most service dogs wear some kind of vest or marker to indicate that they are service animals, this makes it possible for them to go anywhere with their owner without being hassled. My guess… She’s thinks she is just soooo cool with her gigaintic dog that she has to show the world! Guess what? I have a huge dog to! Who takes huge poops! And I don’t subject people to a health and safety hazard by taking him grocery shopping with me… Then again this is walmart, it’s probably not that sanitary anyway.

I know the woman and her service dog (George) in this photo. She comes into my place of business weekly. Bash away as you will, but George helped her learn how to walk again after being in a major car accident. He is lying down because she told him to do so.
