You forgot to invoke your rule about twins over the age of 5 wearing the same outfits. BTW, look at the submissive posture of the twin on the right as she prepares to receive the bitch slapping she knows the dominant twin on the left is about to deliver.

I think they are fraternal twins. But the little one looks pretty scrappy…

Its a mom and daughter. They used to come into my old work. The daughter has some mental disability and they always dress like twins.
