At first I was like “What’s with the 3-foot pigtails?”, then I realized your cats probably like to bat them around and you just can’t bring yourself to take anything away that amuses old Whiskers and his friends.

Wow. This is the lamest snark I’ve ever seen on POWM. So she’s got long hair, and she braids it to keep it from getting tangled. It’s unusually long, but at least that means she takes good care of it.

When I see things like this, I’m reminded of why I stopped coming to this site for a while. There’s nothing wrong with this. Just ’cause someone sends in a photo, doesn’t mean you have to use it. May not be my choice of style, but as others have mentioned, she’s clean, neatly dressed, in good physical shape, and otherwise well-groomed in generally. Shame on this. That pattern on her shirt is hideous, but other than that, she looks fairly normal to me.
My hair isn’t that long, but when it’s hot and I have outside work to do, I braid my hair like that. I can’t do one braided ponytail down the back, but I can do two pigtails.

I’m happy to see many of the other comments for this one. The best looking gal out there? No. But PoWM typical? Nah. Juvenile WAY to wear the hair? Maybe. But, again, not BAD. And, in many cases, practical. Besides, as one or two have pointed out, her long hair is something that MANY women WISHED they had. I know I agree with that one.
