I don’t actually think this is funny at all. That is my Uncle. He suffers from MS, and believe it or not, this has happened on more than one occasion. Either Walmart has their wheelchairs all loaned out (to fat lazy people usually) or the batteries are dead. So my Aunt often pushes him like this. What you don’t see is his cane on the left side of the cart. I think this site is rude, all you do is bash people for the way that they look. Lookism is such a big problem in today’s society and you are only making it worse.
