Well, #2 is the average run of the mill shopper for this establishment..however, Mr. #15 makes me nervous. Not only does he fit into this outfit which undoubtedly is sized Youth Large, he’s got purple socks on to match and he’s trolling the school supply section. Knowing the fine folks we see on here, I most certainly can not give my vote to #2, but I can’t give “dances with fairies” my vote either…I’d be an enabler.

I saw #1 in walmart! She was right next to me, opened her mouth to say something, and I jumped back in surprise and terror! That picture doesn’t do her justice. Those 2 fangs she has (the only teeth in her mouth) are actually HUGE (like horse teeth) and yellow. They look like they belong in a dog’s mouth. She scared the hell out of me. I’m sorry, but if you can’t even afford a toothbrush, a wet washcloth dipped in salt and baking soda will work just fine. Someone should find the courage to tell her. It won’t be me.

Can’t vote on this one. While #2′s teeth are terrible, I know what it is like to not have health care. I’m just lucky enough to have good teeth. And #15, I don’t get why he is on here. I’m going to assume he is gay and some gay guys like girly stuff. While it may not be the norm for a male, I don’t choose to knock him for liking Tinkerbell. While I feel almost guilty about this, I have to go with #2. Sure, I feel bad for her, with her obvious lack of oral hygiene perhaps we shouldn’t be making fun of her, but look at it this way – Disney Doozies woke up and put on something really freaky. Say Cheese had to spend YEARS working on this (or NOT working on it) to achieve this look! So yeah, #2 gets my vote. After all, this IS PoWM, and everyone is fair game. I agree with Kate. This site isn’t about someone’s “back story” as it were. It’s about a first impression of “Holy jumping Jesus, what the hell is that?!”
In that case, #2 chose to not take care of her teeth. I don’t care if you’ve got bad genetics and ARE predisposed to rotten teeth, there’s a lot of preventative measures you can take. And you can’t tell me she can’t get on Medicaid/Medicare which WILL pay for her teeth.
The guy in #15 is probably mentally handicapped, but we don’t know that. All we see is a grown ass man wearing head to toe Tinkerbell. That just screams creepy on so many levels.
But since the Bag Lady from Labyrinth straight up gives me the heebie jeebies, she’s the winner.

This lady just happens to live in my town. I know exactly who she is. She collects empty cans to redeem for money around town, and especially at the softball fields. My husband is the coach/ manager/ player on his own team, so we are down there every weekend from May to August.
