This guys is a really nice man…..He speaks to everyone. I have seen him dressing like that for years & years. He has outfits in ever color, I think I had even seen him in our local parades in St. Augustine through out the years. I was talking to a friend at Walmart a few weeks ago & she knew this man through church or friends & he was very nice asking about her family & all.
