I was gonna have a laugh at the good ol’ boy who drives this tractor around, but then I just remembered how much it cost me to fill up my gas tank the other day so now I’m starting to think he might be laughing at me.

change a couple pulleys on that bad boy and he’s got himself a racecar, easily do 40 to 50mph with pulley swaps, seems a hell of a lot cheaper than gas to fill up my car……hmmm, I c a project coming….lol

You have a point. It costs me $50 to fill up my Subaru Outback, which gets good mileage, every week and 1/2. And, I don’t really do that much driving around, although I do live 10 minutes away from town, and 30 minutes or more from the city, in the rural area. Still, a tractor seems a bit extreme.

Ok true story and old neighbor of mine used to drive around the town we lived in with his lawn mower. His girl friend would ride in the trailer they had attached to it. Better part her ex husband would ride with them too. I loved pulling into a parking lot and seeing their mower parked. Bring on the crazy! They also drove a van that they spray painted to look like the A team van. Too bad they spelled A team, A tem. Good times, good times

It may be cheaper to fill, but not in the long run. That doesn’t get gas mileage anywhere near a car. In a week, you will spend more in gas to drive that around town than you will your car.

Yes…I admit—I know the guy that rides that mower. He lives in the same town as I do—and that walmart is about 15 miles away from where we live. The mower has headlights, turn signals, and a horn. He drives it all over the place—and he hauls PEOPLE in that trailer!!!!
