This is Mutts McWally reporting the weather… It seems another stupid Walmart Shopper has left yet another dog/cat/monkey in their car, while they go shopping and we cook like bacon bits in their cars. I actually live where this guy brings his dog…he dresses him up for all occasions (he was a cop on Halloween, lol) and doesn’t just bring him to Walmart parking lots he takes him to Target, TjMaxx, and Mandees and just hangs out in the parking lots
