Ok, so I am from the town where this guy lives. Story is he used to be a professor who went crazy. I have seen he get out of his car and then roll up his pant leg (guess it is too hard to drive like that). He goes to all the local festivals and “dances” around. It is truely a site to see!

Sadly, I know this guy. Not personally, but he used to come into the convenience store I worked at years ago. He’s got some kind of schizo/ocd thing going on. He screamed at one of my co-workers once because he said she looked like a terrorist. He talks to himself all the time. Once he told me he was the star of a movie about the governemtn and they were coming to get him and it was filmed at the local mall. And, he always bought a newspaper and buckled it into the front seat of his car with the seat belt. One time he asked some lady in the parking lot of (you guessed it!) walmart how much it cost for the poor bag boy who helped her out with her groceries. When I see him, I run in the other direction! I can’t figure out why this guy is still walking the streets around here!
