I work at this walmart, and I see him once a week there. He wears the exact same thing everytime he’s there.

I’m pretty sure I ssen this guy before. He does balloon animals for kids events, the Akron Children’s Hospital and at the Akron Aeros games. This is his costume he wears. He usually replaces the jacket with a wierd/funny vest.
