I find it hard to believe that the POWM admins were too stoned themselves to recognize this shirt for what it is…a message to pot farmers.

As everyone else has said, this is a DEA/State Police/National Guard anti-marijuana tee. My dad flew heli’s in the nat’l guard when I was a kid, cruising just above the treetops hunting for odd patches of bright green in the Blue Ridge Mountains. He would have worn this with pride if he’d had one!
