I know making a comment like that is definately gonna ruffle some feathers, If Im gonna dish it out I better be prepared for harsh comments. I got broad shoulders and a big ass I can handle just about anything. Only thing that bugs me is the adminstrator of http://www.peopleofwalmart.com can’t handle it and hides my comment. I also like the one about the overly fat person who had the gall to have her kids “hold” a cart for her while she parked the car — then she parks at the FAR END of the parking lot. If she can walk that far from her car, then she can damn well walk in the store. I have to use those carts due to severe mobility problems; I’m just a slight bit upset at those who are too lazy to walk. Today in my local WM, all but ONE of the carts were being used by people younger and in better shape than me.

I partially agree with you but can you tell me EVERY obese person on the electric shopping carts has a disability that requires sitting while shopping? I think maybe 1 in 10 if that. The more likely scenario is a disease caused by their obesity.

I agree with some of you that she should be walking; however, what some of you also don’t realize is that when you are that overweight, knee and back problems are common and just can’t exercise. I hope that is the reason why she is in the cart, and not because she is too lazy.

Children do things that parent or grand parent don’t always know and I’ve seen teens and adults acting worse that the child in this picture. This reminds me of what length people will go to to get a parking place. They will sit behind someone else unloading groceries or drive all over waiting to save twenty feet of walking then walk their butts off in the store. So LAME. I personally park either in the outter bounds or the automotive section so I have some breathing space, then I just walk like any normal personl I’ve seen people still waiting on that perfect space while I was already inthe store.
