this is not that odd in ohio. not just at walmart but all over. i walk around in cosplay a lot. do it a lot in large groups called cosplay groups. ohio is the nerdiest states. we have lots of conventions year round. he was most likely at a con and needed to go get food. i have done it. based on the date i say he was at gencon.

It was a sad day on Tatooine when a Wal-Mart opened up in Mos Eisley.
The sleepy little moisture farmer town of Anchorhead went downhill as locals stopped shopping at the small shops in order to save a couple little Imperial creds here and there.
Plus, business slowed to a sandcrawl for the roving Jawas as well. Because even though the cheap made with Mimbanian slave labor droids sold at Wal-Mart were of severely inferior quality, they were still a little less expensive than what the Jawas priced their merchandise at.
