It’s Mississippi. More people are likely to stare at pickup trucks than the internet there.

@Jack…they seem to be desperate to rent it out, POW figured maybe they could help them out, if you like what you see give them a call….now we recently were in search of a place, had I ownly known to keep an eye out for ads on the back of people’s vehicles

As a property manager I can easily see how I’m failing in the marketing arena. I need to make signs for my car!!
August 6th, 2011
is it just me or in a crap market does this actually not seem like that bad of an idea

In Mississippi, duplex means adjoining trailer.
August 6th, 2011

August 6th, 2011
Not so sure I’d be sharking a Walmart parking lot for prospective tenants.
August 6th, 2011
I totally dig the tear-off tabs on the picture ad. I can see some jack wagon in Mississippi leaning out of their window trying to grab one at 50 mph
August 6th, 2011
Doesn’t the bed of my truck count as a “bedroom” ?
August 6th, 2011
Good luck getting that glue off without messing up your paint job once the sun bakes that on.
August 6th, 2011
Since it’s Mississippi, I would have expected this to be installed with 3″ screws…
August 6th, 2011
OMG, this is my Wal-Mart! I’m so embarrassed! Oh, and for all those MS slanderers, not all of us are redneck hicks who are illiterate, barefoot, and poor bumpkins living in trailers. That, my friends, is simply a grotesque stereotype!
August 6th, 2011
NASCAR does it all the time.
August 6th, 2011
We are not all ignorant in Mississippi, you know! Just ask Morgan Freeman. And, XD, the internet is quite popular here, and we don’t all drive pickup trucks. I’m glad this guy is from south Miss. and not north Miss. where I’m from. He makes us look like idiots, which we are not!
August 6th, 2011
@ JAG who ever said it was their truck! It was just one they liked in the parking lot, who cares about the tape.
August 6th, 2011
@ SAM Atleast he didn’t put the pull tabs on the other side, so the driver doesn’t have to reach out and grab one!

I asked the person who answered the phone at that number what she was wearing and what she looked like. She said she was “a grande ” and that I was in luck because she had just put her daisy dukes and extra small tube top.

Where I come from, they stick them on the back of buses and call them “car cards.”

@ DEBORAH
Well said!!!
@ TXLEAGUER
YOU ARE AN IGNORANT A$$HOLE!!! YOU NEED TO STAY OFF THIS SIGHT WITH YOUR IMPROPER COMMENTS.
WHEN ARE YOU MOVING OUT OF YOUR MOM’S BASEMENT??????

@ BEA NICE
——- Don’t get emotionally involved in any comments on this site. Everyone is fair game to be bagged on, and TXLEAGUER is creative and funny. He didn’t damage YOU by bagging on Mississippi, but YOU insulted him specifically twice— Who is the troll? Take your own advice and BEA NICE…
August 6th, 2011
Thta’s a nice paint job on that Ranger too… sucks when theyre gonna have to rip that tape off…
August 6th, 2011
Silly captionwriter… Mobile is in Alabama, not Mississippi.
Oh, wait.
August 6th, 2011

I am sure this is at our local Walmart bc I live in Lamar County, Mississippi.. I am tempted to call them and tell them I saw their add on POW for the duplex.
August 6th, 2011
The number is for a payphone at Popeye’s Fried Chicken.
@ Signguy…stuffed squirrel in the mail
August 6th, 2011
@ JPARK
Nope, you have it wrong.
We wouldn’t say “You all want fries with that”.
We would say “Yall want fries with that?”.
Hub city.

Thanks everyone for the great laugh with the comments, now I am crying from laughing so hard. This one is priceless.

Tough economy – can’t afford an ad in the paper because he has to make his truck payment.
August 6th, 2011
“But officer….I was tailgating him to read the details and get a closer look at his photos. Don’t blame me – blame his advertising skills.”
August 6th, 2011
VistaPrint sells car magnets for that. The tape is going to ruin his paint job.
August 7th, 2011
He was going to write the address too but the crayon broke.
August 7th, 2011
@Teddie
You didn’t have to tell us that you are from Mississippi. We can tell.
August 7th, 2011
It’s a WalCreature’s truck….
3BR is code for 3 beds, 1 room.
2BA is a double wide shack out back with a half moon on the door
August 7th, 2011
bahaha. This had to have been taken at my Wal-Mart! Way to represent Mississippi, way to represent.
August 7th, 2011
ok true not everyone here is a complete idiot, some parts are missing. I thought it was funny and i am sure he too will enjoy the laugh when they pull that tape off the paint.

Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.

Well… see, this is in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove which is about… thirty minutes north of where I live, that’s in Lamar County, I live in Stone County, which is very redneck- see, it’s not that redneck though. You’d have to live here to know what it’s like, but I hate saying “I’m from southern Mississippi” and having people ask me if ‘you poor people still don’t have electricity’ or having people talk really slowly at me to see if I can understand them… and no, we don’t all drive pickup trucks. Well, I do, but still.
