I must admit that some of your writing is witty and humorous, but I find the overall idea of your site disturbing. Black people have this huge problem with what happened with segregation, yet they now behave in the same way as those people they claim to despise. That is hypocritical. Making fun of and exploiting people just because they are different from you. That is what this site is doing, yet that is the exact behavior that BLACKS claim to despise. HYPOCRITICAL. You are no better than those people you claim to hate, in essence, you may as well hate yourselves. You SHOULD hate yourselves because what you are doing is evil and wrong in every sense of the word. Racist ranting at it’s worst, poor grammar, rambling and so full of hate, and make a judgement meant to be left up to god. If this person thinks he or she is a good christian, they need to reread the bible where it talks about love, not judging, and forgiving. It would seam that this person can not manage to do any of these things.

Yes, segregation was a big problem & I am very grateful to have grown up in the days where whites & blacks get along (for the most part), but what in the name of big-box marts does this site have to do with segregation? All races are displayed on this site. However, when one makes a poor style or other appearance choice, the race of the one commiting the social infraction is the last thing on a viewer’s mind when they see it. I can tell I am going to have to use small words. I hate to see that you in no way passed 5th grade writing. Because if you had, you would be able to support your ideas with statements. I, however, passed that grade and a few more. So, BetterThanYou, let me break this down simply so you can understand it. At no point did your comments abut segregation make sense. There is no reason for the comments, other than you saw someone of color on here and were offended. Why? Was it you that you saw?
If the people featured on this site don’t have the good sense to dress appropriately then they deserve what they get. I cover my body, as do my teenage daughters, my Mom, and all of my aunts. The male members of my family would NEVER be caught in half shirts, their butt cracks exposed, and wearing some of the things on here. Not just because we were raised better but because they have the good sense to not want to be featured on POW.
It’s a simple concept, if you don’t like the site, then don’t visit it.

I’m pretty sure the writer of this email would have had to have looked at the pictures and comments to find out what people are doing or saying. And I have never seen a requirement to mark your race on your post or comment. Does Betterthanyou know if I’m black or white? Maybe I’m red, as in Native American, or Yellow, as in Asian, or maybe I’m darker skinned because I’m Mexican. WHO CARES. Lets see… Oh yes, just because a certain race happens to be displayed on a website which is made for poking fun at one’s outfit choice, (along with many other races) doesn’t make it racist to post the certain race on the internet. If you think that minorities or certain races should get special treatment and not have to deal with everyday situations and disrespect like everyone else, you have another thought coming. The face that you believe one race or a population of certain races deserve special treatment, is, well… Racist! You see, racism doesn’t only apply to African Americans, Africans, African Northern American Europeans, (It goes back a ways…) it applies to every other race in the world, star system, galaxy, universe. I understand that African Americans had a hard time with segregation and slavery, but that doesn’t give you a right to special treatment. Any consolation is far past its prime, and while I know that yes, it is sometimes harder to be an African American even in today’s times, well, it’s also hard to be in a wheelchair, or mentally ill, depressed, diseased, dying, know someone who is dying, etc.

I was reading the comments on this letter and I may have missed it, but did anyone ask why this person knows for a fact that the people who made this site are going to hell? Is “Betterthanyou” Satan and going to reap their souls in person? I fully believe that everyone knows what they look like when they dress this way. Even if you do not have a mirror in your home there are millions of places to see a reflection in this world. You can get a reflection from the side of a car and you can’t tell me there are no cars at walmart to see your reflection in. While I love the fact that the people in these pictures are confident enough in themselves to wear what they choose I do have to admit that being confident makes it in no way the right option. I am confident with my life and appearance but would never wear anything like what I have seen on this picture in public. I would also never pile things on top of my child in the cart as many have done here. I hope that betterthanyou understands what I have written and leaves my poor unbaptized soul alone in their conquest for filling slots in hell!
