Man when I was growing up in the 70′s we used to cut the legs off of a old pair of pants to sew closed for a jean purse. Never had a use for the rest of the leg, darn could have come up with this idea. LOL so we could have used to whole pair of jeans.

This is off the subject at hand but I think POWM should offer a prize for the first person who submits a photo of a Walcreature wearing one of those new “Snuggie Sleepers” or “Lazy Loungers” or whatever they’re called, while shopping at Walmart. ( In case anyone has’nt seen the commercials this is a fuzzy one piece sleeper like the ones babies usually wear, only in adult sizes)

I have actually seen young girls try this style before. It looks like something that a pop rocker could get away with if they had the right shoes, accessories and top to go with it. Other than that, I don’t think that this is a look that will impress future employers.

I have to agree with DOODLEFACE. there was a pic on PoWM several weeks ago with a girls that had the same – for lack of a better word – fashioned jean leg warmers and there was hardly any acceptance for her in that style. Um I don’t think there is anything wrong with this. So she’s trying a new fashion style… She probably made shorts from those blue jeans, put on the bottoms as a joke and thought, “wow leg warmers are so big right now, this would look cute with some darker shorts.” And you know what she’s right. That’s the inner workings of a teenage girls mind. All of you who thought this was stupid are probably too scared to step out of wearing t-shirts with soda pop labels and ill fitting blue jeans so you mock some one whose trying to compose a different style. Weird/different? Yes. But tacky? I dunno; my niece invented “shants” — jeans from which one leg was cut off (1/2 shorts, 1/2 pants) — and wore them just to be silly. Everyone’s got a different opinion on some stuff. I don’t see enough of a consensus on this idea to justify putting it on the site.

It’s not that she’s thin; it’s that she has a banging, tight body. Those are nice, well-toned legs. Nicely tanned, with a near-perfect rack. That is why people still think she is hot when she wears this. There are plenty of thin women who look like hell. She just happens to be unbelievably hot.

@ Red. It’s pretty pathetic that society has trained people, including you, to cut someone down because they’re a little heavier. This “cow” next to her is far from a cow. I love how society believes that unless you’re anorexic, wearing size 00 or even shopping in the girls section that gives everyone the right to be insulting and judgemental of others.
To those commenting about how there is no proof she’s a teen. The proof is in her hand. Teens are leashed to their cell phones and can’t exist for 30 seconds without them. While there isn’t much wrong with her attire, the jeggings could at last match the shorts, it would just look better. I am honestly surprised the clothing companies haven’t picked up on this and started manufacturing them. I think it’s a really cute look, and if i wasn’t a whale i’d do it myself.
