I was going to give them a slight benefit of the doubt on this one – maybe all three kids got into a mess before they went in but you’d think the parents (especially parents of three boys) would have extra clothes on hand or at least be able to buy three cheap pairs of pants or something.

It not only makes me sad to see kids out in public without clothes or SHOES, but that two of these boys seem too old for diapers in the first place. I mean HOW EMBARRASSING to still be in a diaper when you’re old enough to stand up in a cart like this! And your parent doesn’t have the brain cells to help cover the diaper. Even in a pair of SHORTS.
I’ll never understand people who are clothing averse. We’re NOT animals. And we can dress ourselves and change them according to conditions. We wear clothes to protect ourselves from sun burn (skin cancer), from bug bites (which can hurt, get infected, leave a scar, or cause a serious allergic reaction), and from chill. We wear shoes so our feet aren’t exposed to god-knows-what-on the ground that can equally do some other damage.
I’m betting the parents of these kids are two of the flabbiest, laziest, ignorant humps and their house probably isn’t fit for a dog to live in.

Seriously ya’ll need to loosen up a little. If you look close those kids all appear healthy and clean (ALL of them). Yeah, it’s not common to drag them around in diapers or undies in public, but the only harmful thing I see is them standing up in the cart.
Who knows, maybe the three little heathens refused their clothes or stripped before the trip to the store? If my kids did I’d drag them along and remind them that if they don’t want to be cold, then they better leave their clothes on!

Child Neglect! I don’t care how hot the south is…put a diaper cover up or a onsie on the babies and shorts and tank on the older child. I am not from the south, but we occasionally get a heat wave where it is 95+ degrees for a couple weeks in a row. I have never taken my child outside virtually naked.

Can’t help but judge on this one…sorry. I can tell you right now, mom is lazy lazy, lazy. She doesn’t cook, clean her nasty house or do laundry. She’s too hungover to potty train her kids so she decides that only the 5 year old should wear underwear. She thinks that generic soda is a food group and eating dog food once a week is good for everyone’s teeth (even dad’s front one). Come on! Someone take those kids away from this freak! This is a shame and probably a sin in some countries. If you don’t know that this reflects on you as a parent then you’re living under your dirty living room rug!
