Usually when I see really tall black guys with short shorts I think of basketball players in the 70s. For some reason I’m just not getting that vibe here…probably because he is shopping for makeup, but I can’t be 100% sure on that.

This is a guy, I took the pic. I am not homophobic, this is not the outfit to wear in public. He was definitely gay though as he was talking to his girl-friend, and called her “oh girlfriend” and had that flamboyant tone. The front, I just couldn’t get a pic, as I couldn’t bear to look at it. His package was outlined due to the tightness of the shorts, the shirt was actually coming up right before I got the pic when he bent over to pic up the thing he is holding, in which he had a thong or g-string on. My gf pointed this out and wanted to put this up on POW due to the absolutely gross point of view we witnessed. I am scarred.
