My guess is that it is one of those school babies or it is the kid’s toy and the kid (not seen at the picture probably) wanted it in the top of the cart. My little girl likes to do that… Still doesnt explain why that doll looks like a black chuckie doll though.

There is Thomas the Tank Engine toy in the cart as well (it’s like a flashlight, I know because my little girl has the same one) but it is out of the package, and it looks like she also has lined paper and scissors in the cart, so I am guessing there is a little girl (or boy) with her that isn’t in the photograph and she was just “babysitting” for her child. But whatever makes it on POW, right?
