Why is everyone commenting that this picture is staged? Of course it is posed. Someone asked this guy if they could take his picture and he said “OK”. Whats wrong with that? The rules for picture submissions read:

Todays modern, urbane tentacled horrors are thankfully far more interested in societal assimilation, and easy access to the conveniences of modern living than they were in the past. Not for today is he with that hideous lobster claw found only in dark, dank wharf alleyways, or she with the tentacle arm found hanging under bridges being forced in to begging passerby for satisfying snacks, or `good value’ consumer goods. This enterprising gentleman is obviously a good example of the new so-called `fresh look’ accursed, that brave group of fashion leaders who do not seek their way by intimidation of those around them, and the occasional peench of a head or two. Nor do they seek to snatch unwary children from wilderness paths with an unexpected tentacle, slapping them around the rocks like wet rags to shake out their lunch money. No, in these modern times, a more enlightened society is developing, one where a confident, practical yet well coordinated clawed fiend can share in the scientific joys of todays consumer convenience engineering inherent in all Wal-Mart shopping destinations.

Definitely fake… Look closely and you can see definite signs of layering. You can even see how in the bottom right hand corner of the pic the clothes hanger and rack has been pasted on top… If it was a real pic that rack etc would be blurry as the depth of field is too great for a quick snapshot.
