A girl in the Chicago Public School system showed up to picture day with the same thing, jolly ranchers in her hair. The teacher took a picture and posted it on her FB pagewith the comment,”What was her mother thinking sending her to picture day with candy in her hair.” As a result the mother of the child is suing CPS and the teacher for mental trauma.
