He’s Lovin’ It
I’m not a parent yet, but I’m pretty sure McDonald’s is like God’s gift to parents when it comes to keeping your child calm so you can breathe for a minute and try to get something accomplished. Correct me if I’m wrong but at least when I was a kid it did a hell of a job keeping me distracted from complaining about something useless.

How long has that woman been in line that he had enough time to make himself a picnic?? WTH??

Yelp –Promised Happy Meals are sometimes live savers.
January 12th, 2012
That….in a nutshell is why America is fat!!! Go home and cook your child a decent meal!!!
January 12th, 2012
that kid could use a Happy “salad” instead
January 12th, 2012
…and it’s a major source of all those fat people you love to make fun of.
January 12th, 2012
Looks like this happens too often…the little fellow is already overweight. And please, couldn’t his Mother have given him enough time to eat inside McD’s, and not on the floor? Good grief!
January 12th, 2012
Mom orders: One Mc Babysitter, to go please.
Mom asks: Is the cook wearing a hair net? I don’t want any foreign objects in my son’s meal while he eats it on the floor.
January 12th, 2012
That kid doesn’t look fat. His mother does…
There is nothing wrong with giving a child fast food as an occasional treat.
January 12th, 2012
just because you give your child one freakin happy meal doesnt mean your a bad mom or that you don’t cook your child a meal at home. I dont think he should be on the floor. I cook and eat all meals with my family at home, and on an occasion we indulge in happy meals.
January 12th, 2012
yep, i’m pretty sure this kid is on the road to type 2 diabetes. that’s what mickey d’s will do for you.
January 12th, 2012
only thing wrong here is the fact he’s sitting on the floor eating his food. As a parent i would have waited till after check out and on way home to get the meal so he could have eaten it at the kitchen table in our own home. getting the meal while shopping wasnt the brightest plan this woman has had.
January 12th, 2012
That kid is gonna grow up and be a wide body.
January 12th, 2012
He’ll be lovin the diabetus at age 35
January 12th, 2012
Dont let the girl in the next photo see you eating that food!
She will jump on it like a pit bull on a cheeto!
January 12th, 2012
especially if ya gotta drag them shopping,he is quiet and not screaming his head off .I guess we are not fortunate enough to live in queens kingdom
January 12th, 2012
The problem here is ppl judging the pic just 1st glance. Yes the mother looks a few extra pounds. the kid well avg. He’s eating. But doesnt mean shes not a good mom or mean they dont eat at home healthy. Sometimes when ur shopping or traveling what choice do u have? No hotel has a full kitchen in the room. You make due w/ what u can at the time even if its not ur usual routine.
January 12th, 2012
Lol….this pic is awesome. In fact, just by the pose I’m gonna go with this kid is probably pretty awesome too!!!
January 12th, 2012
Kid looks like he found his first meal.
January 12th, 2012
McDonalds isn’t a treat, it’s a culinary tragedy.
January 12th, 2012
soon enough he will be so fat (like mom) that she can just set him in one place and forget about him! mcdonalds may be easy, fast, and convenient, but it is the devils handiwork i assure you. i was guilty when mine were small of taking them there…now we drive by and don’t even consider it an option. besides the food tasting like crap, it is in no way good for you and it’s just not an option even my kids would want!
January 12th, 2012
Give the kid a break….he’s reppinfor the F.F.A.
Future Fat-Asses of America.
January 12th, 2012
I’m waiting for the kid to finish off the meal by knocking back one of those Starbucks.
January 12th, 2012
He was probably very very hungry &/or had a blood sugar crash & needed an early meal. I have done the same thing this boy has done, my mother as well, multiple times. Nothing really funny about this pic.
January 12th, 2012
There is nothing wrong with a kid eating a happy meal. It is not going to make him over weight or have diabetes. You don’t have to look like a “model” to be healthy. This kid is not over weight. They are clean and well dressed so I am sure his mother takes good care of him. He is being a boy. She was probably talking to the cashier and he did it on his own. I have two boys myself and they don’t care about sitting on the floor. They are kids. He is enjoying being a kid.
January 12th, 2012
That’s adorable.
January 12th, 2012
Lighten up! Mom is not that “fat” and at least the boy is quiet and not throwing himself around the store squalling like a snot-nosed banchee!
January 12th, 2012
I have one child who has frequent stays at the hospital because of a condition he was born with. I have two older boys that like to visit him. Yes, they will eat out, sometimes mcd’s, and there is nothing wrong with it. Yes, I sometimes have to go to a Wal-Mart and get supplies for the long hospital stay. And if it so happens that my older boys are eating their happy meals in that wal-mart, then so be it. Anyone who jumps to any conclusions about this picture is a hippocritical jerk and needs to think of ALL possibilities before posting mean, rude, insensitive, and uneducated comments.
January 12th, 2012
Folks, we’re looking at 1/60 of a second of their lives, with no evidence in either direction. (The reactions say more about the posters than about the pic.)
I can’t help thinking good thing Norman Rockwell is dead. Today he’d be painting scenes like this.

I’m guessing that mom could very well be pregnant! Sweatshirt and flipflops for swollen feet. Just going to the store is an expedition when you’re preggo! And yes, the line for Walmart can be soooooo long the kid would probably starve to death before checkout. They always have a dozen employees wandering around doing nothing and just a few checkouts with loooong lines, so I buy my kids goldfish crackers and let them sit on the floor during checkout. Studies show dirt is healthier for kids than a germ free bubble anyway
January 12th, 2012
I am not sure if that is the boys mother or not, but by the looks of her ass he would soon have lots of little siblings to play with.
January 12th, 2012
nasty little critter. then again that floors cleaner than the 3rd world dirt floor shack back in his own country.
January 12th, 2012
The person who took the photo has nothing else better to do than tattle on other parents and is an insecure mom.
January 12th, 2012
Give the kid a break- he is doing his impression of David Hasselhoff eating a burger off the floor- if the HOFF did it why cant this little boy do it???
January 12th, 2012
At first I was annoyed by the kid who was quietly dropping bits of french fries on the floor. Then I was two aisles too close to the kid screaming for some cookies, and some of this and some of that, and I came to realize that buying kids McDonald’s fries when entering Walmart should be required by law. At least it keeps ‘em quiet.
January 13th, 2012
I certainly don’t understand why this little boy is sitting on the nasty floor eating his meal. At least put him in a buggy and let him eat it.
I SOMETIMES buy my son some french fries on the way to Walmart because I know it will keep him in the buggy and calm once we get there.( He’s a toddler, and likes to try to run around). But I only buy them if I know he is hungry; this way he doesn’t cry about wanting something while we are in the store, like cookies.

McDonalds does a very few things well, and helping people raise their kids ain’t one of them. 1) Poison people with unbelievable processed and modified foods, including meat containing arsenic. 2) Make you disgusting. Look at her. Now look at her kid. it’s only a matter of time. If you dislike this comment, you refuse to admit that you eat shit in a bag.
January 13th, 2012
an embryonic fatso
January 14th, 2012
Oh man… I really want a starbucks now.
January 16th, 2012
ten years from now that kid will be hanging out with his homies on the street corner, enjoying a little sip sip from thebrown paper bag.
January 17th, 2012
It is stupid to think kids won’t want to go to McDonalds anymore because they have been remodeled. I have three kids all different ages, and things can get pretty hectic to the point that the last thing on my mind is cooking a long meal. Everyone has different types of bodies we eat alot of junk at times, but don’t gain weight I just think it is wrong to judge when people could have genetic problems.

Did you ever stop and actually look at him it loks as though he might have down syndrome most children with that disease are already overweight naturally and i do agree maybe he cud have sat in a chair with a table but you also dont know if maybe macdons is a treat for him it looks like he only has a little kids meal what the big deal with that
January 24th, 2012
I think this pic is cute!
