Okay, I want to be careful with this, but especially after seeing the cracks about “special needs” and “whack him” in the comments… …I have to wonder if maybe the kid has Asperger’s Syndrome. Wanting to rub their head on the floor is can be a possible sign.
I have Asperger’s, and when I was a kid, I always wanted to rub my head on the carpet in the house. But, I was taught to NEVER do that anywhere else. Don’t blame the kid, blame the parents for allowing him to do that where it could be so unsanitary.
