Young lady, it is technically okay to wear just your underwear to Walmart. But with one small caveat- you have to be a HOT LOOKING YOUNG FEMALE ! You , obviously, are not even close to being in that category. Please don’t go out like this again, people are buying food next to your ghastly self ! Damn .
