well if you are a parent you should go read about bacteria and germs, they can however be bad but if you do not allow your child around them, they wil end up sicker then they would if they picked up something off the floor and put it in their mouth..

But for all of you saying to strap the baby in on the changing table…that so would not work. The “Straps” dont work half the time, and even then it is just one strap across their body. DEF not safe to leave them there to go pee. But she seriously could have held the baby while she is peeing! I have done it many times, and so has any other mother i know!

As a mother of 4, those shopping buggies fit in the bathrooms!!! If you just have them starpped in an empty buggy to go to the bathroom NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING!! I have even gone in with things in my cart and no one say anything. I have to go in there when either me or one of my kids start screaming out “Mommy I gotta PEEEEE!!!!” for the whole world to here!! LOL But that girl is just nasty and makes me wanna slap her!! So many different options than putting that baby on the floor!! That thing in the handicap stall is a child seat, it is not a changing table, to put your child in when you have to go to the bathroom. It has straps like a seat belt so the child isn’t covered in poop germs. That’s disgusting to say the least.

I would hand my baby to a stranger before doing that. Odds are most strangers don’t actually want to hurt or steal your baby – and it is a safer options odds-wise then putting them on that nasty floor.

I don’t agree with this, however people can be such judgmental A-holes.
Not every Walmart has a changing table in the stall. They are supposed to but some of them have them on the outside of the stall in front of the sinks. I doubt she is going to leave her baby unattended.
But here’s why you guys suck. You just assume she’s a teenager or some parent without a clue. You don’t dare think that there could be a situation preventing this from happening?
Maybe she lost an arm protecting our country so she can’t hold the wiggly baby and unzip at the same time.
Maybe her period was on and she couldn’t just unzip and hold the baby. She had to rip out a pad or a tampon and didn’t want to get blood on the baby.
Maybe she stood the baby up on her feet to get unzipped, but being a BABY, it got on it’s knees for a moment and she had to get re-adjusted before she could scoop her up.
Maybe she can’t afford an umbrella stroller. She is shopping at Walmart after all!

I can agree with BunnieMagyk because a cart would have been the best option IF that particular Walmart had a handicap stall, that was unoccupied and not out of service.
