If that is how you shop maybe you should head over to Sams Club. They got those nice flatbed carts you can lay on. Seriously though, I’d pay quite a bit of money to sit there with a box of popcorn and watch you try to get out of that cart by yourself.

Thank you POWM for the motivation to keep going to the gym, and foregoing any extra helpings. I saw a young woman at the gym yesterday, a double amputee walking through the gym and working out with titanium legs. She did a full circuit for her core, arms and hips: her commitment was seriously admirable.
Someone who lost their legs is keeping herself strong and trim.
And too many people with two good legs don’t seem to be very interested in putting them to the purpose for which we have them.
Is that a head scratcher or what? Because there are some rules of the natural world that still apply: the slow ones get eaten first.
