The ‘Boys Are Back In Town

In case you couldn’t tell by ESPN devoting 48 out of 60 minutes to football now that training camp has opened, football season is almost here which means die-hard football fans are gearing up for another year! I’m looking forward to it almost as much as I’m looking forward to all the “experts” trying to dignify why they are so high on the Dallas Cowboys again this year despite the fact that they’ve won 1 playoff game in the last 15 years. How ’bout them Cowboys?!

Actually, it’s pretty cool looking. The thing that bothers me most is that THERE’S A DOG IN THE STORE.

Honestly… This dog seems more like a My Little Pony fan’s dog than a sports fan’s dog. The little star and its placement remind me of a cutie mark!

First of all, that dog needs a jockstrap or shorts or something. Second, why is a dog allowed in a store? That’s just nasty.

I dearly love my Scotty, and she accompanies me to the pub and beer garden (they are much more civilised about that in Europe), but other than service dogs they shouldn’t be in stores that sell food.

Of course he could point out that it is a poodle not a dog…

Pretty sure animals aren’t allowed in Walmart, and that doesn’t look like a service dog. Hmmm. Is this really at Walmart?

If that’s the Walmart directly across the street from Cowboys Stadium in Arlington they probably make an exception for a dog with a big blue star.

Unrelated: I thought the caption was about the dog’s testicles. I didn’t even notice the star at first.

Why do people insist on choke chains. I hate them and I think it is cruel to use a choke chain on any animal.

Beautiful dog, it is a damn shame they have a huge freaking prong collar on it. Why not just train the dog to walk on a leash properly? My Std Poodle Service Dog does just fine without ever having touched a prong collar. Lazy owners, should put more time into training then playing with color.

Walmart in Gulf Shores Alabama will not ask people if their pet is a service animal. They said they don’t want to offend anyone. Walmart Corporate office backed them up.

Although it is not allowed…you can take a dog into Walmart anytime you like. If they ask you about it all you have to say is that it is a service dog. Walmart employees are not allowed to ask customers to see the service license as it might offend them. Sad, but true!

If you ever see an animal in your Walmart take a picture of it & call the Health Dept. My Walmart has received fines because they were reported.
