I’d bet anything that this is actually a picture of her mother intervening from her child’s attempt to put the bag over their head. So I would think the mom is actually taking the bag OFF of the child’s head. But for the purposes of entertainment, and to suit the theme of this site… it is beying portrayed differently.

i gave an extra bag to a lady in the walmart parking lot yesterday because her son felt like he was about to throw up and he was afraid he was going to make a mess. so i gave her the bag and she held it in front of him and told him to get in the car so they could go home and he was like “what if i throw up” and she was like “it’s a big bag” and he goes “but what if it spills out” i didn’t hear her response because she was leaning into their car at that point getting him buckled and situating the bag in his lap.
clearly that isn’t what’s going on here. who knows what that lady is thinking? my kids used to take the bags and put them on their heads and i had to snatch them off. the kids didn’t know it could kill them. you have to teach them these things. maybe her momma didn’t teach her

I’ve seen this so many times in the grocery store, the mother gives the kid a plastic produce bag in hopes that it will keep him busy while she shops, then she walks away and the kid slips it over his head, she comes back snatches off the kid’s head and hands it back to him. Yeah, it happens all the time.
