There’s a big difference between “homeless” as in, you were laid off and the bank foreclosed on your house; and people who live on the street because they are criminals hiding out, or addicts who aren’t accepted into the numerous public facilities that exist around the country for those in need. The reason this person is doing this is likely because she has a criminal record, hasn’t chosen to rehabilitate herself, and she can’t get a job. We have plenty of this type of “homeless” person where I live. They steal every little thing from people’s yards, they use the local vegetation as toilets creating stench and a health hazard, and the burn fires which get out of control and threaten the community. I think that it is definitely a bad idea to do anything that encourages such people to remain anywhere near your neighborhood. Truly needy people can be helped via local churches and other facilities, which is where donations are best made.

I met this lady once!!!! She lives near and around Cocoa Beach. I met her a a McDonalds and she talked about the most random stuff with me. She was pretty out there. I remember she parked her bicycle with a trailer in an actual parking space… Funny lady
