You don’t have to go to the South (southeast) to find Rednecks. You will find them wherever there is a trailer park, and trailer parks are in all 50 states. A lot of the Walmart clientelle who are featured on the “People Of Walmart” site most likely hail from one of the nearby trailer parks.

Maybe they met at Walmart… I see absolutely nothing to indicate the wedding was held there.
The table in the background seems to be either a bake sale, or maybe the store is just trying to draw more attention to their bakery. It just seems like a coincidence that those two were just married and there are “Fresh Baked” goods behind them.
Also, they are standing in front of the “Row 6″ sign, not the Handicapped sign.
