I was wondering if this was one of those children born with hyperhirsutism. It’s an unfortunate medical condition where a person grows extreme body hair on their faces, bodies and extremities and could easily resemble a primate baby.
If this isn’t a living thing and is a doll, then this woman is just strange.
If I’m right about the hyperhirsutism, she’s being a compassionate grandma.

I honestly can’t tell if it’s a doll or not, but she’s holding it WAY too high to be nursing, and I think she might be past that age, anyway. It is *possible* that she is a foster mother for the zoo. Some people are willing to take an orphaned primate or large cat and hand feed it until it can manage on its own, then return it to the zoo. I wouldn’t mind doing that, but I’d probably have a hard time giving back an animal I’d raised.

are you people insance? that baby is nowhere near to breast-feeding position – open your eyes! It very clearly is a human baby – the only question is real or fake – looks real to me. By the way, whether it’s human or gorilla – why on earth is anyone asking about contacting the authorities? The grandma/caregiver is very clearly taking good care of “it”. The baby is wrapped in a warm blanket (clean) clothes and is being carefully held. What on earth is she doing wrong that the authorities need to be contacted? Open your eyes people.

While I love the site and its seemingly endless collection of humor, I actually have to vote that this photo might break your rule about not posting pictures of those who are developmentally impaired, physically handicapped etc. Having cared for a number of little-old-ladies with dementia, I know that baby dolls are sometimes used as a therapeutic technique to help keep the patient calm. Patients are able to focus on caregiving tasks to the doll and are able to more interact more appropriately with their environment when they have this type of purposeful distraction.
