Its in Louisville KY. It’s available for parades and kids birthday parties. It blows bubbles from various places. What you can’t see from the photos, is in front of the rear tires, there is a big tube that runs through the car that the kids can climb through. He also sets out big buckets of bubble solution with a variety of giant bubble blowing instruments.

This car is in New Albany Indiana. I see it all the time. It’s ugly. I think it blows bubbles. The guy has a truck to that blows bubbles and kids can be interactive with it. Yea, a man with a truck that blows bubbles…creepy!
