That’s pretty much the look I have after Thanksgiving dinner. And to be honest, the guy had on suspenders and a belt all day so I’m sure he needed a little hang free time.

When riding a fat cart at WalMart, the proper position is with the pants down in BACK, exposing the buttcrack. This gentleman is obviously confused.

This man has liver failure. He is jaundiced and malnourished. His abdomen is full of fluid called “ascites”. Liver failure causes confusion called “hepatic encephalopathy”. He will be dead within 5 years if he doesn’t get a liver transplant.

To his credit, his essentials are covered up…no visible tattoos…clothing appropriate to age and gender, unlike the fellow in the pink dress. Bonus: he’s propping his feet on the cart instead of himself.

@Kevin: You’re right, he has a liver problem. Big time. Ascites (buildup of abdominal fluid) as severe as his can be caused by other maladies but most cases result from liver disease. Once you’ve seen a few cases of severe ascites, it would be difficult to mistake them for anything else and I’ve seen more than a few.
I can’t be sure but his face looks like it may be a bit yellowish or jaundiced which is another possible symptom of liver disease.

The picture should be removed because the reasons for which it was posted
(distended belly, pants unzipped) are a result of his disease.
To me, this gentleman looks like the quintessential grandfather.

My uncle just passed away from Cirrhosis of the liver, and he looked exactly like this. His stomach just grew and grew and the rest of him was skin and bones. I’m all for posting the insane outfits, the crazy cars and the messed up hair dos, but this does NOT belong up here. This guy obviously has medical issues. :\ Please remove this picture.
