Odd. I live in Montana but have never seen this. Wonder what town it’s in. I know the ones here in my town (Billings) offer Rub N Tugs apparently. Can’t verify because I am not about to drop money on a crappy message and ‘tug’ from a 50 year old Chinese lady.
