You you see it correctly, that is A People Of Walmart tattoo! Guess what else? It’s not even mine! That’s right, we have ourselves one hell of a dedicated fan out there and we love her for it. Sure we probably would have been more honored if it was tatted across her chest thug life style for the world to see, but it’s still pretty cool. Why don’t you love us as much as her?

Looks like the foot. My initial guess was a tattoo on a previously slit wrist. Which is a good guess considering they shop at Walmart.
