This is my grandmothers neighbor! He’s called the “tutu man” and he dresses like this daily (yes even in winter in Maine) he’s also about 60 years old.

Yay!! Pet’s in the big time!! They jes don’t realize that you were accompanied by your sister, LoriSue … and your Aunty! I remember that day well … as I do all the other fun days of our vacation in Portland. You should have seen the girls in their swim suits on the lake!! WalMart was one of those necessary evils. We would have rather been in the nail salon being pampered. Of course the Pride Parade was our main objective and PRIDE we do have!
