I don’t think the one on the right is wearing heels. Her right foot is sitting flat on the ground. If she were wearing heels it would be more elevated. My guess is she is either wearing Flip flops or no shoes….which is disgusting in itself.

I really don’t like to make fun of someone’s size. I used to be a trainer. I guess it’s just astonishing to me, that someone can get that big. The woman on the right is leaning on that cart for support. These women aren’t old.
Imagine not having any more strength or stamina than someone who IS very, very elderly.
These are people more likely to take a tumble, and getting them up…might still be a problem…
