When was the last time that this matted mess was washed?
Judging from the photo, I think that the last shampoo was sometime during the Carter administration.
While she is at Wally World, she should definitely stock-up on Hartz Flea & Tick Collars

Groomed her poodle dog, decided to use the trimmings to make up this awful hair mess, now she needs to see a dog groomer to at least get it washed.

What possible reason would she wear that mess? Does she imagine its attractive? Is it a conversation starter? Or maybe a human repellant so people will just leave her alone? Or is she simply insane?

Every time i see one of these picture i wonder how it happened a lot of them look like they daisy chained up a bunch of wigs, or got a weave let it grow out all the way and added in another one (not sure if they work that way it’s only a working theory) Then i question if it is a weave what hair dresser is like oh no it totally works i’ll just add some more in up here then it’ll be twice as long, the old stuff still looks great! lolz

I can’t help but think of the practical side of this…how does she sleep? How does her neck handle that? It looks like it weighs a lot. I think she has mental issues…she can’t be all there and walk around like this.

Is that a freaking single dreadlock? I’ve never saw this before… well I take that back. My mother-inlaw rescues dogs from puppy mills and I believe I saw a poodle like this. :/
