Wow….I actually know who this is. To my understanding he is special needs and I can’t believe somebody would post this. He usually goes to the Kroger I use to go to. Always wore them when he rode his bicycle. I hope somebody removes this. We shouldn’t be making fun of special people like this….

This is in Katy, Texas (outside of Houston) He rides a bike around with the lights, I think so he can be seen and not run over. (Like Cassandra said) but I do not think he would not mind.

yes, he lives in katy, and has since he was a teenager with his mother, he is a VERY nice man, he works, pays taxes, and is polite, which is more than i can saw for A LOT of people!
