Actually, the guy on the right is a truck driver, and I’d suspect that the guy on the left is as well. That is a blueparrot headset & truckers do tend to keep them on, as they drive upwards of 11 hours a day & go hands free as it’s illegal for them to hold the phone while driving.

They are probably truck drivers. They are required to wear them while on duty. Most non truck drivers wear the little ear pieces, but truckers are usually wearing those big ones you see in the picture. Sorry had to say something about this one because my husband is a truck driver and they shop at Walmart when they actually get a chance to and are near one. Majority of the time they have lots of shopping to do due to never having the time while on the road. They have those on so their dispatch can get a hold of them at all times. Remember, before you make jokes about them that they are the reason you have to computer to see those pictures and comment on them. If we didn’t have them delivering this stuff we wouldn’t have all the things that we love so much.

You guys are clueless.
Those are Parrot brand Bluetooth headsets that are a favorite brand and model of Truckers due to their excellent noise cancelling system. And the over the head mount looks funny but a friend who drives cross country says its 10x more comfortable than any Jawbone or other in-ear mounting system on a long drive.
PS: Walmart is a favorite stop for some truckers as well because they usually have big ass parking lots with plenty of room to park an 18 wheeler, they stock damn near anything you might need and their stock is fairly consistent across the continental US..
