That’s a wig, and I don’t think there is anything wrong with her. She is fully clothed, in matching outfit and even appears to be friendly toward the photographer. It’s great to make fun of freaks but she seems normal if a bit fond of really big, really, really big hair. It’s like a lions mane or a Tina Turner video.

Hahaha this is great! I see her every once in a while at a thrift store near me, but I’ve yet to see her at Walmart (I work there lol) It’s not a wig that’s for sure cause me and my mom and brother watched her yanking a brush through it for like ten minutes haha I think it’s just really bad extensions. Not sure what she’s thinking, but it sure is a funny sight to see in person!
