The black girl is built for showing off her tattoo. The white (I’m assuming its a woman and not some male circus freak with a fetish for halter tops) should cover up and forget the tatoos. No one wants to see her biscuit rolls no matter how colorful they are.

What a burden it is to have your body adorned with tattoos!
No matter how cold the weather, you MUST wear very abbreviated clothing in order to share your “art” with the rest of the world. Because, even in freezing weather, it is just unnecessary to wear season-appropriate clothing if one has tattoos.
(Note: I am aware that these photos were taken in Florida and Oregon, but I observe the exact same behavior in the Northeast, during subfreezing temperatures.)

Well, the black chick definitely has the better body for baring, but her shirt is a rag cut out of a T-shirt and the white woman at least is wearing a top which was manufactured with the intent of baring her back… hard call. Those nasty belly rolls are too much trash. It’s okay to be a little overweight but have some sense of it… and cover it up. Black woman for the win.

While I agree that someone who’s body is not suited for a halter top should not be wearing one in public, There is nothing wrong with having tattoos, or wearing clothing that reveals said tattoos. No one is forcing you to look at these women or get tattoos. If someone chooses to get tattoos, even a lot of tattoos, it’s none of your business and it’s not your body!

Well, I am not pro tattoos, but that doesn’t mean I cannot admire the art! But I am not seeing much art here! Although the ripped t-shirt into a bikini top is quite clever!
The white lady is just too old to be walking around like this – tats or not! Is she picking up her crazy pills?
The black lady does have a good body, but she is shopping, not sunbathing – she should cover up at least a little.

But on the honest side, the tattoos aren’t all that.. and you can’t even see them on the (presumably) black chick. (It IS Florida after all, and I HAVE seen people that tan even in tanless PA…)
