Uh, I don’t think that’s V-day. The white fur trim on the hat, and the green wreaths(?) make me think this is actually chrismas. I do see the heart though…. Still looks more christmas than anything else, and is scary either way.

I’m torn about this photo, I was raised that I was constantly being judged by my appearance, that there was a standard that I could not stray from, to this day I can’t toss on a pair of shorts and T-shirt, and heaven forbid I would never wear flip-flops out in public, so cheers to the lady for being able to dress up for “fun” and not be worried constantly about being judged.
